AUDREY - The 1960 Chevy Belair
Audrey came over from the USA in 2019 and came into the possession of Ashleigh.
It wasn't long before she began some new work with the help of a Brand New 383 Chevy built by Engine Master Australia - this engine has around 450HP and has some fantastic features, such as a full Street/Race Ice Ignition System and the Vintage Holley Valve Covers and Air Cleaner. This beauty is finished off with a fresh Hughes TH350 and a full Accuair E-Level Airbag system
Recently a new interior scheme created by Chris & Ashleigh with a cool Mexican Blanket Door Cards, Matching Booster Cushions for Ash's short legs and Purple Fur for the Dash and Parcel Shelf to stop some of that white glare.....something just a little different that somehow works.
Tiffany - The 1963 Falcon Futura Coupe
Little Tiff is the latest addition to the garage, she was added to the family in August 2020 in a 'covid' whim.
Whilst not much work has been done on her, there have been a few slight additions with some MOONEYES Stickers, Valve Caps, Door Lock Knobs and Floor Mats.....of course, Ash put her signature Red Bandana on the mirror as always too. The car has had lowering blocks added and the wheels painted black whilst we try and find the perfect 4 studs for her.
52RAT - The 1952 Chev Pick-Up
Chris made this award winning Rat Rod from a 1948-1954 Chev 1500 truck that he found in 2014. It had been sitting in a paddock for the last 30 years & Chris removed the cab and started his search for a HQ chassis.
Chris sourced the chassis out of a 1972 HQ One Toner. It was then when the fun started, it only took Chris 13 months from this point to have the vehicle registered. Of course sourcing the awesome 52 RAT plates. The motor is a 350 Chev Saturday Night Special sourced from Engine Master Australia - It is running an Edelbrock Manifold and Carby. The Gear Box is a B&M Turbo 350 Street and Strip with a 2000 stall, custom tail shaft, custom made extractors, HQ front disc brakes, VS Commodore LSD rear diff, 308 ratio. It also features a B&M Shifter (with a few mods), running all AutoMeter gauges.....and on top of all that the 52 RAT is running 18s.
