Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days, from the time that payment has been received in full, as we only have 1 courier collection per week.

As noted, some items are Special Order or Print to Order and may go over this timeframe*

• Special Order Whitewalls: 3-6 business days shipping
• Print to Order Apparel: 4-15 business days shipping

All shipping timeframes are based on the courier estimates only and do not include the handling time frames listed above.

• Standard Freight is completed with Australia Post or Sendle depending on location.
• Express Freight is completed with Startrack Express or AusPost Express.

If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly.

Providing a telephone number at checkout makes it easier to reach you should there be any questions regarding your order or shipping.

If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, goods may be left at your residence unless you specify otherwise before purchase of your item(s) however, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office or Startrack depot.

If no such arrangements can be made, we, or our delivery partner, will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time - additional costs apply for redelivery.

All goods, unless otherwise requested, are not insured and are the responsibility of the buyer upon leaving The Rod Squad premises.

Please note that shipping and handling rates are calculated based upon your location and the size / weight of your order. 

Any short supply claims must be made within 7 days.
